Hey girl, I'm Terri. I am so pleased that you have come to this space.
My mission is to educate women to live a balanced lifestyle, whilst achieving their body goals all year round!
I am a certified coach with over 9 years of experience in the fitness industry and my ultimate goal is to transform the lives of many women and inspire them to reach their full potential.
My journey into fitness began at a very young age where I was a competitive gymnast and then transitioned to a gymnastics coach. My involvement in gymnastics established the passion I have for fitness and training, so it was only natural for me to choose a career in Coaching!
I specialise in coaching females from beginners all the way up to advanced athletes with a strong passion to educate women on how to maintain long term results. I am a firm believer of flexible nutrition and balance when it comes to nutrition and training, in which my clients reach sustainable results without extreme dieting methods.
